Pacific Trust Bank Uses Digital Signage to Reach Out to Their Consumers

Pacific Trust Bank, a community bank serving thousands of customers across Southern California, wanted to move away from static posters to more modern, live displays to better capture customer attention and deliver timely information. To address installation, staff training, and corporate content-guideline challenges, the bank implemented UCView’s digital signage solution to deploy monitors in entrances, lobbies and waiting areas.

UCView’s system was installed across multiple sites—five displays in one building and seven locations currently using digital signage—allowing Pacific Trust Bank to organize campaign sections (e.g., business and checking) and control playlists by department. The displays reach thousands of consumers daily, content updates now take only minutes, and customers have responded positively, prompting the bank to refine and expand messaging; UCView’s solution delivered faster, more flexible communication and improved customer engagement.
