How a Bank Providing Full Financial Services is Using Digital Signage to Improve Communication among Customers and Employees

Banco Popular, a full‑service bank with a longstanding community presence, needed a faster, more dynamic way to communicate with customers and employees. Previously the bank relied on DVDs updated twice monthly and sought daily, up‑to‑the‑minute content and more efficient employee training. Banco Popular selected UCView’s digital signage software platform and monitors to replace the outdated system.

UCView deployed digital signage monitors and its content-management service in 31 high‑traffic branches, enabling daily updates, synchronized content, secure network connectivity, Wi‑Fi landing pages that drive customers to Banco Popular’s website, and a branded channel (PopularTV). The solution modernized customer communications, introduced Twitter/news feeds and promotional content, eased employee training workflows, and made Banco Popular the first bank in Puerto Rico to roll out branch digital signage — all delivered and supported by UCView.
