NEXIONA® collaborates with Canonical and Dell to create MIIMETIQ® EDGE

NEXIONA, founded in 2012 by Jaume Rey, helps businesses—especially SMEs—adopt IoT by focusing on remote maintenance and seamless device integration. NEXIONA partnered with Dell and Canonical to deliver MIIMETIQ EDGE/LITE prepackaged on the rugged Dell Edge Gateway 5000 and running Ubuntu Core, combining flexible flow programming, broad protocol support and automatic secure updates. The solution accelerated PoC and pilot deployments, improved device integration and data capture, and has been adopted across retail, smart buildings and industrial use cases while enabling NEXIONA’s expansion into European and US markets.
