SokoPro, Grano’s document management tool used across large projects (90,000 users and about 17,000 daily logins), needed to simplify identity and access management for project administrators, employees and partners. To eliminate separate SokoPro credentials, ensure access is revoked when employment ends, and meet GDPR/security requirements, SokoPro engaged Ubisecure to provide a Single Sign-On (SSO) option.

Ubisecure implemented its SSO service so users can sign in with existing work accounts (including via the mobile app), tie project access to employment contracts, and automatically revoke access when accounts are terminated; the platform also supports dozens of identity providers and MFA. The result for SokoPro and its customers is a streamlined user experience, significantly reduced admin and support overhead, lower security risk and improved regulatory compliance while protecting sensitive project documents.
