DNA Telecom (DNA Plc), Finland’s largest cable operator and leading pay-TV provider, needed to improve customer satisfaction, reduce churn and cut costs by offering a better user experience and extensive self‑service for both corporate and consumer customers. To meet these goals, DNA selected Ubisecure’s Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solution — the Ubisecure Identity Platform with Single Sign‑On and Delegated ID — to consolidate identities, streamline onboarding and enable secure delegated administration.

Ubisecure deployed its Identity Platform across DNA MyCompany (B2B self‑service), the DNA Pouta cloud‑brokering marketplace, consumer services and the My DNA mobile app, providing SSO, Delegated ID and identity APIs integrated with DNA’s CRM and external repositories. The solution supported a mass import of nearly a million records, reduced new corporate customer registration time by 95%, saved roughly €1 million in the first full year, and unified identity and access for DNA’s ~3 million customers.
