Forcit Explosives, part of the Forcit Group and a Nordic leader in civil explosives, launched the Forcit Go app to replace manual, paper-based ordering in a highly regulated industry. To support frictionless, secure digital ordering, Forcit needed Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) capabilities — including role-based user management, strong verified authentication, self-service account control, delegated organisational admin and CRM integration — and selected Ubisecure to provide the CIAM platform.

Ubisecure deployed its CIAM solution (including role-based invitations, Mobile PKI and BankID authentication via the Telia Identification Broker Service, GDPR-compliant self-service, SSO-ready access and a delegated authority model) with CRM synchronization. The implementation improved customer experience and helped raise average revenue per user by making reorders and order status visibility seamless, increased security through verified identities and easy revocation, reduced operational costs and delivery delays (supporting tight delivery windows), and facilitated regulatory compliance — all delivered by Ubisecure.
