EnStream led a Canadian Mobile Connect commercial pilot to simplify and secure online authentication for customers of Bell, Rogers and TELUS, aiming for broad subscriber coverage, effortless registration and strong privacy. To meet these goals EnStream partnered with Ubisecure, using the Ubisecure Identity Platform alongside the MePIN smartphone app authenticator to deliver a mobile‑centric, under‑one‑minute registration and a branded, trustable authentication flow.

Ubisecure implemented an Identity Gateway that integrated operator subscriber verification and the MePIN app (PKI‑signed transactions, PIN/biometric unlock), enabling visible operator and service logos, consent management and account recovery. The pilot achieved measurable impact: 90% successful login and account linking, 74% continued Mobile Connect use, 30% higher TELUS.COM usage and under 3 seconds latency for 90% of transactions, with the app scoring 8.6/10 for usability.
