The Doyle Collection, a family-owned group of luxury hotels across Dublin, London, Bristol, and Washington D.C., needed to modernize networking in heritage properties where new cabling was difficult, device demand was high, and the technology had to remain nearly invisible to guests. Ubiquiti’s UniFi platform was chosen to support these requirements, including centralized management, discreet access point placement, and future IoT readiness.

Ubiquiti implemented UniFi In-Wall APs, Flex Switches, and a single centralized controller to deliver seamless coverage across 8 locations with minimal disruption to historic interiors. The results included millions saved on cabling, over €100,000 avoided on just 20 lines in one London hotel, and reliable performance for up to 1,800 new devices per day at one property, while also reducing support burden and creating a scalable foundation for cameras, digital signage, and other smart services.
