Spartan Motors, a manufacturer of chassis and aftermarket parts for emergency-response, RV, defense, and specialty vehicles, needed a better way to handle conference room presentations. Before using Ubiq, guests and employees with non-standard laptops often struggled to connect to screens with cables, leading to downtime and frequent IT support calls.

Ubiq’s wireless presentation system, the Hive, was deployed in Spartan’s conference rooms to let internal and guest users connect quickly and reliably. Since 2015, Spartan has used Ubiq for every presentation in enabled rooms, with the system seeing 50+ uses per week and 30+ hours of usage per month while saving 167 minutes per month and eliminating the need to go back to cables.
