Foundant Technologies, a provider of cloud-based technology solutions for philanthropy, wanted to boost engagement and better understand which content was working and where gaps existed in the buyer journey. Using Uberflip, they aimed to organize content around customer pain points, buying stages, and roles so they could create more relevant journeys and give external writers clearer direction.

Uberflip helped Foundant build content experiences around the buying stage, integrate with Marketo, and use reporting and tagging tools to map content to specific pain points. As a result, Foundant increased engagement, identified uneven content distribution and key gaps in the consideration stage, and gained data-driven insights to guide future content creation more effectively.
