How Blackbaud Used Uberflip AI to Triple Their Content Engagement

Blackbaud’s Arts and Culture team faced an underperforming, outdated email nurture for their Raiser’s Edge NXT product and needed a way to re-engage prospects and accelerate the buyer journey. They wanted a content experience that encouraged self-education and kept visitors consuming more than a single asset per visit.

The team rebuilt the program as a 12-week “Master How You Mingle” nurture, backed by focused buyer research, and created a centralized Uberflip Marketing Stream of curated content. By using Uberflip AI with Bombora intent data to deliver personalized, intent-driven recommendations (including on the product page), they grew average consumption to about seven pieces per visit—roughly 3× the norm—made the emails the top RE NXT pipeline influencer (41+ opportunities) and helped achieve a 42% opportunity-to-deal conversion in Q4 2017.
