Yves Rocher Optimises ‘Near Me’ Brand Experience for Global Following

Yves Rocher, a global leader in plant-based cosmetics with over 6,000 stores, needed to strengthen the online presence of its retail points and optimise the “Near Me” Brand Experience across dozens of markets. To manage growing listings and reviews and improve local search visibility, Yves Rocher partnered with Uberall and adopted the Uberall platform, including Listings, Engage and later Locator + Pages.

Uberall implemented centralized listings and review management, created SEO-optimised store pages and a multi-language store locator, and rolled the solution out across 40+ markets (including 576 stores in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa). The results were significant: profile views rose +80%, clicks for directions +120%, calls +287% and website clicks +117% year-over-year (Q1 2018 vs. Q1 2019), while search rankings and local visibility improved markedly.
