TUI, the UK’s leading travel brand, has used the Uberall platform since 2018 to manage the online presence of 600+ agencies and reach more than 6 million UK holidaymakers. Faced with the challenge of getting a clear, real-time view of each branch’s performance—especially amid pandemic-driven volatility—TUI needed to measure local customer experience, identify high-demand regions, and quickly surface location-level insights without spending hours building reports.

Uberall added Advanced Analytics to TUI’s existing Listings and Engage setup, aggregating data from Google, Facebook and other sources to provide metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, ratings and direct vs. indirect queries. The result was fast, granular visibility into search behavior and campaign impact across all locations: in a few clicks TUI could track local campaign and TV ad effects, link increases in searches to specific promotions or destinations, and make data-driven local marketing and operational decisions.
