TOTAL Fuels the Entire Customer Journey with Uberall

TotalEnergies (TOTAL) operates 1,200 fuel and retail stations in Germany and needed to ensure accurate, consistent online listings and profiles across 50+ directories while also managing thousands of customer reviews. To win local searches for services like fuel, car wash and in-store offers and to enable two-way dialogue with customers, TotalEnergies partnered with Uberall and used the Uberall platform, including Listings and Uberall Engage, to centralize listings, social posts and review management.

Uberall implemented centralized Listings for all locations and deployed Uberall Engage to monitor and respond to reviews across Google, Facebook and other platforms, enabling fast, consistent updates and two-way customer conversations. The result was strong, measurable impact: +115% views on Google Maps, +83% in reviews and +71% more phone calls year-over-year, an average rating of 4.2 from ~10,000 monthly ratings, and significantly improved local “near me” visibility and customer engagement.
