With support from Uberall and its Listings Management and Review Management products, Q-Park set out to make its parking facilities easier to find and keep location information accurate across major search engines, local directories, and navigation platforms.

Using Uberall, Q-Park centralized listings and review handling for 100+ facilities across 40+ directories, updating profile data and responding to customer feedback more efficiently. The result was a 87% increase in visibility on Google Maps and Search, a 25% rise in clicks for driving directions, and a 59% review response rate, helping drive more organic traffic to Q-Park’s website and parking locations.
