KFC UK, operating 920 restaurants across the UK and Ireland, faced a challenge common to multi-location brands: inaccurate and inconsistent local listing data was harming online visibility and losing customers at the moment of intent. To address this, KFC UK engaged Uberall to centralize and manage its location listings and ensure correct opening hours, addresses and presence across directories and review sites.
Working with Uberall and using Uberall Listings to consolidate and automatically update listings, KFC UK expanded its footprint to nearly 50,000 listings and vastly improved data accuracy. The result was a 60% increase in clicks on directions, a 16% uplift in local-search-driven revenue, and a 37:1 return on investment, with direction clicks growing 422% above expected organic rates.
