Jonak, the French shoe brand, wanted to strengthen its digital presence and improve the customer experience across its 40 stores as consumer behavior shifted further online. To support this phygital strategy, Jonak partnered with Uberall and used its CoreX platform, including Listings, Reviews, and Local Social, to improve visibility on search engines and social networks.

With Uberall, Jonak worked on keyword optimization, location records, and faster review management to create a more consistent local presence. The results were strong: Jonak responded to 87% of reviews within 24 hours in 2022 versus 25% in 2021, website clicks rose 153%, directions clicks increased 125%, and the Deauville boutique saw a 51% sales increase after reaching Google’s Local Pack.
