How Wellpharma Boosts Brand Reputation at the National Level

Wellpharma, a 102-location pharmacy chain in the French Objectif Pharma network, needed to maintain a consistent national brand image, unify communications across stores, and boost local online visibility—challenges that were amplified during the COVID-19 pandemic. To address this, Wellpharma deployed Uberall’s “Near Me” Brand Experience platform, using products such as Listings, Engage, and Locator + Pages to keep customers informed about services like antigen test availability and click & collect.

Using Uberall, Wellpharma built a centralized digital ecosystem that lets each pharmacy manage its own listing while following a single communication strategy; staff received digital marketing training and the central team optimizes GMB listings and uses Uberall Engage to respond to reviews. The result: an 80% increase in clicks on listings, a 100% increase in clicks to call, and a 72% rise in reviews (S1 2019 vs. S1 2020), significantly improving national visibility and brand reputation.
