VetPartners, a rapidly growing veterinary group that expanded from three practices in 2015 to 160 practices and 500+ sites by 2021, struggled with inconsistent and unoptimized local listings and reviews across hundreds of locations. Using the Uberall platform, VetPartners centralized listings and review management, applied location-specific categories, services, keywords, attributes and images, and managed review responses from a single source of truth. As a result, Google Maps impressions increased by 60% year-over-year (2021 vs 2020), direction clicks rose 35%, phone calls grew 27% and website conversions improved 17%, with more customers finding practices through service-based searches.
