VetPartners, a rapidly growing veterinary group that expanded from three practices in 2015 to 160 practices and 500+ sites by 2021, struggled with inconsistent and unoptimized local listings and reviews across hundreds of locations. To address this, VetPartners adopted the Uberall platform to centrally manage local profiles so customers could reliably find accurate location, contact and review information for each practice.
Using the Uberall platform, VetPartners centralized listings and review management, applied location-specific categories, services, keywords, attributes and images, and managed review responses from a single source of truth. As a result, Google Maps impressions increased by 60% year-over-year (2021 vs 2020), direction clicks rose 35%, phone calls grew 27% and website conversions improved 17%, with more customers finding practices through service-based searches.
