Anchor Hanover Group, England’s largest provider of specialist housing and care for older people, faced the challenge of keeping residents and their families informed and connected during the COVID-19 crisis across hundreds of local social pages with a small digital team. With changing visiting hours, contact restrictions and the need to convey a human, local touch, Anchor Hanover turned to Uberall’s platform to centralize and streamline management of its local social presence.
Uberall enabled Anchor Hanover to manage hundreds of local pages (including 114 local Facebook accounts and local Google My Business profiles) from a single source of truth, with templates and multi-user workflows for authentic, localized posts and rapid review responses. The results included 10.1 million Facebook impressions from January–October 2020 and a viral lockdown post that reached ~100k views with 91 comments and 903 shares, while improving response times, local engagement and consistent brand messaging across locations.
