PostNL, the leading postal and parcel provider in the Netherlands with over 4,000 pickup and dropoff points, faced limited online visibility for many partner-operated locations despite a robust on-site store locator. To improve the customer experience and make locations show up in “near me” searches, PostNL selected Uberall and the Uberall platform to extend reach across maps and local search channels.
Uberall implemented its platform and AutoSync technology to centrally manage opening hours, services, descriptions and listings, publishing locations to Google and Apple Maps from a single dashboard. The rollout went live in under two weeks; Uberall now maintains 3,617 locations in the Netherlands and 443 in Belgium, delivering an 84% increase in location-profile impressions, a 54% increase in clicks, a 76% lift in website conversion and a 58% rise in direction clicks (peak 25 million profile views in Dec 2019).
