BP needed to make every local touchpoint count across 1,319 UK petrol stations — ensuring accurate listings, strong “near me” visibility and consistent review management across 125+ platforms despite a complex mix of owned, dealer-owned and licensed sites. To solve this, BP partnered with Uberall and its centralised location-marketing platform to standardise data, manage listings and reputations at scale and optimize local search presence.

Uberall reformatted and corrected BP’s location data (100% accurate geo-coordinates and street listings), introduced a “pin within a pin” approach to surface fuel, café and grocery offerings, and consolidated review management into a single inbox. The results: a 233% increase in customers finding BP listings on Google Search/Maps, a 224% lift in Google Maps views (43.1 million more views), a 19% rise in five‑star reviews and a 5% drop in one- and two-star reviews — all delivered by Uberall’s platform.
