Uberall centralized Blue Tomato’s listings and social postings and gave store teams the power to update hours and respond to reviews locally, while HQ monitors performance. The solution saved time through automatic updates and Excel imports, increased review responses and helped improve in‑store processes; Uberall now manages 2,034 listings for Blue Tomato DACH and delivered +16% phone actions year‑over‑year and +23% website actions year‑over‑year (2019 vs. 2020).
