Preview of the Change Communications Case Study

Change Communications engages 28,640 teens in six months with UAMASTER Digital Agency

Change Communications commissioned UAMASTER Digital Agency to create a digital tool that would help teenagers recognize when their rights were being violated and learn how to respond. The challenge was to translate complex legal guidance into a clear and conversational experience that would be both legally accurate and engaging for a young audience.

UAMASTER developed an interactive website and a multi-platform chatbot featuring relatable, scenario-based conversations. This solution allowed users to make choices in familiar situations and see the consequences, effectively teaching them how to defend their civil rights. The UAMASTER-built product was highly successful, engaging 28,640 participants in its first six months and receiving significant positive coverage from public bodies and news media.
