Printsfield, an eCommerce store in Poland selling custom socks with pets’ images, wanted to increase revenue through email marketing, improve automation, engage existing customers, and create more effective special offer and promotional emails. When UAATEAM started the project in August 2019, the account had barely used triggered emails, and existing email threads were too long and needed reworking; the team used Omnisend, Shopify, and Google Analytics.

UAATEAM audited the account, redesigned the email content and structure, and built new automated flows for welcome, abandoned cart, and promotional emails with shorter, more engaging copy, personalized signatures, GIFs, and targeted discounts. The changes delivered strong gains: promotional email revenue rose by more than 400%, welcome email revenue by 200%, abandoned cart email revenue by 300%, and overall email transactions increased by 305% with revenue up 377%; UAATEAM also reported email revenue 72% higher than search engine marketing over the same period.
