Stall, an online store selling popular gadgets and accessories across Ukraine, partnered with UAATEAM to improve sales, lower customer acquisition costs, and achieve a ROAS of at least 300%. The challenge was a highly competitive gadget market with expensive clicks, many low-demand products, and items that users often did not actively search for.

UAATEAM audited and fixed the Google Ads account, improved remarketing creatives, launched and optimized search, DSA, Shopping, and remarketing campaigns, and used analytics-driven bidding and product-level adjustments to focus spend on profitable items. By adding automation for out-of-stock products, dynamic price insertion, geo exclusions, and ROAS bidding, UAATEAM helped Stall achieve a 79.9% increase in transactions, a 58% rise in revenue, and a 272% increase in ROAS.
