UAATEAM worked with Pekar-Konditer, an online store for confectionery inventory in Ukraine with offline points in Kharkiv and Kyiv. The customer needed to attract targeted subscribers, increase engagement, and drive more sales, while dealing with low initial activity and many non-targeted followers.

UAATEAM revamped the Instagram feed for clarity, cleaned out non-targeted subscribers, launched Ukraine-focused paid campaigns, and used a mix of sales, engaging, and useful content plus giveaways and shoppable links/tags. These changes helped increase Instagram subscribers by 277%, Facebook subscribers by 1,500, and conversions from social networks by 4,225, while sales from social media grew by 277%.
