Mind Factory, a quest room business in Spain, needed to increase requests in a highly competitive escape room market. As a new brand with no prior advertising history, they turned to UAATEAM for PPC management using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and Google My Business.

UAATEAM built the tracking and campaign foundation from scratch, setting up conversion tracking, keyword research, negative keywords, and multilingual search campaigns in Spanish and English. They also tested bidding by audience, device, age, gender, and time, and added remarketing, dynamic search ads, Google Display Network, YouTube, and Google Optimize. The results were strong: conversion cost dropped from €24.75 in 2016 to €19.26 in 2017 and €13.9 in 2018, while clicks rose 50%, conversion rate increased 94%, conversions grew 300%, and cost per transaction decreased 57%.
