UAATEAM worked with KinoLand, a local cinema network in Kharkiv with seven cinemas, most of them in residential neighborhoods. Their social media presence needed improvement: Instagram was underused and inconsistent, they had many untargeted followers from mass following and irrelevant hashtags, and they wanted to grow the right audience, increase engagement and reach, and drive more cinema visits through social media marketing on Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Ads, and influencer activity.

UAATEAM rebuilt KinoLand’s social media approach by creating a unified visual style based on brand colors, cleaning up untargeted followers, launching targeted ads for Kharkiv residents, and shifting the positioning to a family-friendly “cinema near home” concept. They added Stories, Highlights, polls, user-generated content, and regular promotional activations such as premiere giveaways and a summer cinema subscription contest. As a result, KinoLand’s engagement rate increased from 0.64% to 1.58%, Instagram followers grew by 5,185, and Facebook followers increased by 906.
