A UAATEAM Case Study
UAATEAM worked with Berni, an online baby and children’s clothing store in Ukraine. The customer needed to lower conversion costs, increase ROMI and conversions, and attract more customers from social networks, while keeping cost per conversion under $12 and ROI above 250%. At the start, social media activity was low, orders were accepted only through the website, and the store had already worked with multiple agencies since 2014.
UAATEAM restructured and cleaned up Google Ads, fixed tracking and campaign setup issues, improved negative keywords, launched and optimized Google Shopping, remarketing, and search campaigns, and then expanded into Facebook and Instagram with content planning, shoppable posts, influencer collaborations, and audience segmentation. The results were strong: ROMI exceeded 400%, average customer acquisition cost was 216 UAH, shopping campaigns improved ROAS by almost 20%, clicks rose 44%, costs fell 7.4%, sales and returns increased 15%, and social conversions grew by 7.5%, alongside major follower growth on Instagram and Facebook.
