TUI Cars, the car rental service of TUI Germany, needed a relaunch of its booking portal to create a more modern, clearer user experience with responsive design and faster load times. TYPO3, together with implementation partner team neusta, supported the new portal and internet booking engine (IBE) for tuicars.com.
TYPO3 helped deliver a high-performance, fully responsive car rental portal built with AngularJS and hosted on redundant infrastructure with multiple live servers and a load balancer. The result was a fast, intuitive website with search and booking flows that work without page reloads, improved usability across devices, and a modern design that better guides visitors to the information they need.
