Tilburg.nl, the official website of the municipality of Tilburg, needed a way to provide citizens with more than 160 fully digital products and services while keeping the site easy to use, accessible, and focused on the most important top tasks. The municipality chose TYPO3 to power its top-task website and support a better digital experience for residents, businesses, and visitors.

TYPO3 helped Tilburg.nl implement a flexible front-end built for accessibility and mobile-first use, aligned with WCAG 2.0 requirements and the municipality’s own corporate design. The result was a well-organized, fully accessible website that improved findability and customer journeys, with mobile traffic surpassing desktop traffic by December 2017.
