Provinzial Rheinland, a leading German public insurer and part of the Sparkassenfinanzgruppe, needed a modern way to present press information, background materials, and corporate content to journalists, customers, and partners. To support this, TYPO3 provided the content management foundation for a new newsroom and media portal that could serve multiple audiences across desktop and mobile devices.

TYPO3 implemented a responsive website with a newsroom that centralizes press releases, photos, videos, company information, and industry updates. The solution also included an Open Graph import extension and a control module to easily configure import rules for external news sources, helping editors quickly aggregate content with fallback handling where needed. The result was a more flexible, media-rich portal with easier content distribution via RSS, email, Facebook, and Twitter, improving accessibility and efficiency for Provinzial Rheinland.
