Polytan GmbH, a German specialist in professional sports surfaces and a global supplier for sports facility equipment, needed a modern website that could support its international presence while making product information easier to manage and present across multiple countries and languages. The company was already using TYPO3 and wanted a flexible, user-friendly platform for a multilingual, responsive relaunch.

TYPO3 provided the technical foundation for the new site, with blindwerk - neue medien GmbH implementing the relaunch using TypoScript templates, a streamlined dropdown navigation, and a custom product/reference database. The new setup enables country-specific content, independent updates by local teams, and efficient import of large amounts of content such as product data, visuals, and catalogues, helping Polytan save time and money in content and product management.
