Europcar, the Paris-based vehicle rental company, wanted to strengthen its market presence and evolve from a car rental provider into a broader mobility service operator. To support this transformation, Europcar focused on improving its digital channels and IT systems so it could launch new offers, better serve customers, and adapt to changing mobility habits.

Using TYPO3, Europcar reorganised and harmonised its websites to make them more intuitive and easier to use, while also introducing new online reservation tools and expanding distribution through brokers and tour operators. The result was a stronger, more consistent digital experience that supported the company’s “Fast Lane” transformation programme and helped improve reach, operational efficiency, and visibility across its global markets.
