LTO Glaskracht Netherlands, the greenhouse horticulture association in the Netherlands, needed a way to serve more than 2,000 members with highly personalized content on its members-only website. The organization wanted each member to see information tailored to their interests, crops, regions, and themes, while also keeping member data in sync with its CRM system. TYPO3 was used to support this personalized web experience.

TYPO3 implemented a self-service member portal with personal profile pages, content filtering by themes, crops, and regions, and a two-way connection to the CRM so profile changes stay automatically updated across systems. The result was a user-friendly site where members receive relevant articles and a personalized newsletter twice a week, while the communications team can easily publish and categorize news for web, newsletters, and social media.
