Using Typeform’s embedded NPS (sent 10 days after signup) and post-churn surveys, Zety gathered 50,000+ responses that fed their roadmap and helped prioritize fixes. Insights from Typeform prompted changes like a redesigned “expert tips” box (now yellow with an icon), which boosted open rates by nearly 29%; analytics also showed users who find the tips are ~40% more likely to pay—measures that improved retention and supported growth.
