Tawipay, a Swiss startup founded to make international money transfers cheaper and more transparent, struggled with high transfer fees eating into donations and uncertainty about whether users would adopt a quotes service or even understand their original name. To test ideas quickly without heavy development, Tawipay used Typeform to build an MVP “get a quote” form and audio name‑testing surveys, integrating responses with Zapier and Slack.

Typeform helped Tawipay validate demand, automate quote responses, and choose a clearer brand after audio tests (the chosen name registered 48.9% correct recognition versus far lower rates for the original name). Using Typeform for lead capture and personalized advice flows generated about 650 new leads and enabled scalable, conversational follow‑ups via Slack, giving Tawipay measurable growth while preserving its social impact mission.
