Case Study: ArtSquare streamlines artist submissions and scales content curation with Typeform

A Typeform Case Study

How ArtSquare Uses Typeform to Collect and Manage Content

ArtSquare, founded by Thomas Griffin, is a platform that helps professional artists store, manage, and promote their work. To populate its Behind the Canvas editorial series and other platform features, ArtSquare needed a beautiful, easy submission process that let artists upload images and background information without friction, so it turned to Typeform to power its interview-style submission forms (including File Uploads).

Typeform delivered conversational, customizable forms (File Upload, Logic Jumps, Self notifications) that simplified intake into a three-step editorial workflow—download, edit, publish—and made promotion straightforward. The result: about 200 applicants in the first couple of months, faster content curation, and easy scaling as ArtSquare added more Typeforms for digitizer recruitment, contributor pitches, ArtChat registration, and careers, saving time and growing the platform’s talent pool.
