Wolf Furniture, a long-time TylerNet customer, needed to replace Gardiner Furniture’s legacy retail systems after acquiring the company and expanding into Maryland and Virginia. The challenge was to make the transition quickly without disrupting sales, operations, or reporting, while avoiding the cost and complexity of adding a separate software package.

TylerNet worked closely with Wolf Furniture’s IT team to convert Gardiner’s systems to TylerNet’s retail management software, which includes point of sale, inventory management, online sales, customer relationship, and accounting functions. TylerNet provided custom programming, custom modules, and 24/7 support to complete the conversion smoothly and on time, helping Wolf Furniture avoid data loss and maintain productivity across 18 stores and 5 newly added locations.
