The Castle Rock Police Department, which serves more than 72,000 residents in Colorado, relied on pen-and-paper citations that were manually filed and difficult to analyze. The system cut roadside time by more than three minutes per stop (saving over 540 hours across ~10,000 stops), reduced traffic crashes by 8%, eliminated legibility errors, improved officer safety and data-driven deployment, and enabled written warnings to resolve downtown parking issues without harming businesses.
