Tarrant County Clerk faced a growing backlog of e-filings as court volumes surged, a challenge worsened by the pandemic and the need for faster, more accurate processing. To modernize operations, Tarrant County worked with Tyler Technologies, using Tyler’s CSI solution alongside Enterprise Justice to automate high-volume document handling.

Tyler Technologies implemented AI bots and workflow automation for multiple document types, including 27 county court, 22 probate, and 15 land record document types. The result was a dramatic improvement: 48-hour processing times were reduced to minutes, backlogs were cleared, data accuracy improved, and staff gained time to focus on more complex tasks.
