SAU 14 Epping Schools, a public school district in Epping, New Hampshire (905 students, 210 staff), had purchased Tyler’s School ERP Pro but still relied on siloed systems and paper-based HR processes. Without linked contracts or position tracking, the district struggled to accurately account for open or vacated positions, maintain personnel records, and produce reliable budgets and reports.
The district expanded School ERP Pro with cloud HR modules (Employee Access, Position Control) and went live within months, creating a unified HR–finance system. Results included centralized, contract-tied personnel data feeding directly into budgets, faster payroll and state reporting, electronic contracts returned within hours instead of weeks, smoother year-end rollovers, and significant time savings—plus ongoing product improvements through participation in Tyler’s Innovator Program.
