O'Fallon Municipal Court, serving a growing city of about 80,519 residents, outgrew its in-house case management system and faced long customer-service lines, heavy cash/check handling, delayed reporting, legislative reporting demands, and time-consuming manual entry and mailing. The court needed a scalable, real-time solution to improve public service and back-office efficiency.
In May 2007 O’Fallon implemented Tyler’s Incode Court Case Management Online, adding online payments, electronic ticket imports, on-demand reporting and live technical support. The system cut ticket processing from 7–10 days to roughly 2, reduced office traffic and cash/check handling, delivered real-time data and automated reports for compliance, and enabled ongoing enhancements that further streamlined operations.
