Shelby County Criminal Court Clerk’s Office in Tennessee faced time-consuming, manual workflows that required duplicate data entry and risked data integrity and reporting errors. The office needed to automate case processing to save staff time, improve accuracy, and ensure timely state reporting.

They implemented Odyssey Clerk Edition, building automated activities for each business process to generate court minutes and update charges, events, hearings, bonds, warrants and dispositions by pulling data directly from dialog boxes.
