The Kansas Commission on Veterans Affairs Office needed a flexible way to automate Veterans’ benefit claims processing and adapt as requirements changed, especially during the COVID-19 crisis. They turned to Tyler Technologies and its Veterans’ benefits case management solution built on the Entellitrak platform to help streamline submissions to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Tyler Technologies implemented a configurable case management system that auto-populates forms, accepts e-signatures, and supports remote work. The results included 95% of form submissions moving to electronic filing, reduced submission time by 2–3 weeks, faster claims processing in some cases under one month, and a seamless shift to 100% remote work capability without losing productivity.
