A Tyler Technologies Case Study
The Village of Orland Park, Illinois (pop. ~58,000), needed to replace fragmented, paper-based workflows with a modern system that would better connect residents to government services, keep technicians working in the field longer, and give supervisors predictive analytics and clearer operational insights—all while being simple to implement and broadly adopted across departments.
Orland Park implemented Tyler EAM (went live Nov. 12, 2018) with mobile-enabled Asset Maintenance and Asset Performance modules and integrations with Esri GIS and other Tyler solutions. Within months the village had more than 80 users, generated over 2,500 work orders in five months, and expanded mapped assets from ~15,000 to nearly 100,000 in 90 days—delivering measurable efficiency gains, richer data for year-over-year planning, and improved field productivity and interdepartmental visibility.
