Otay’s IT team integrated Tyler’s Eden ERP with Microsoft Report Manager, SharePoint and the Eden Process Scheduler to automate 25 billing tasks, publish browser-based workflows and centralize data. The change removed customer service from bill production, automated report generation, and produced measurable gains: 99%+ billing accuracy, 50,000 bills/month processed automatically, a reduction of 10 staff over five years (about $10M saved), and large time savings in billing and reporting.
