Tyler Technologies implemented its Tyler Drive in-vehicle tablet solution, which provides turn-by-turn directions to all drivers. This was integrated with a parent communication app. The results were significant: the district’s on-time network performance improved from 80.02% to consistently over 97.50%. Parents gained access to real-time bus information, and drivers, including substitutes, can now cover routes safely and efficiently without printed directions.
