Implemented Comprehensive SaaS Solution to Improve Processes and Increase Access to Justice

The Choctaw Nation Judicial Administration, Tyler’s first tribal court TEA winner, set out to modernize its judicial system to give tribal citizens—including those in rural areas—convenient electronic access and to reduce the complexity of navigating the court process. The challenge was to replace a very manual system with a sophisticated, accessible solution that aligns with the Nation’s values and improves service to its people.

Over 18 months the Nation partnered with Tyler to deploy a complete cloud-based SaaS suite (Odyssey Case Manager, Judge Edition, Attorney Manager, Tyler Supervision, E‑File, Jury, and Odyssey Guide and File), automating workflows and moving toward a fully digital court. The implementation increased access to justice, revamped case management, achieved an “Advanced Electronic” e‑court maturity across dimensions, and positioned the Choctaw Nation as one of the most efficient tribal court systems in the U.S.
